Delete your account

You can permanently delete your ViConnects account here even if you no longer have the Android app. Verification uses your account phone and PIN; never send your PIN by email or chat.

What deletion does

Removes your account, public profile, shop or service profile, listings and ordinary account content.
Revokes active sessions and removes device notification registrations, saved location preferences, follows, collections and ordinary chats linked to your identity.
Anonymizes or retains only transaction, invoice, dispute, anti-fraud, moderation and audit records that must remain for legal, accounting, security or the rights of another user.

This action cannot be undone. If you only want to leave this device, use Sign out inside ViConnects instead.

Verify and delete

Enter the same phone number and 4–8 digit PIN used to sign in. If you are already signed in, the form still asks for the PIN as a final security check.

JavaScript is required for secure self-service deletion. You can also open ViConnects, sign in and choose Account → Tools → Delete account, or email iwacusoft@gmail.com for verified assistance.

Need help?

If you forgot your PIN, use the PIN reset flow in ViConnects or contact iwacusoft@gmail.com. Support may ask you to verify control of the account. Do not include a PIN, Mobile Money PIN or other password in your email.
