Terms of Service

Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using ViConnects, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. If you use ViConnects for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

Accounts

• Provide accurate information and keep your phone, PIN and device secure.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
• Do not impersonate another person, create deceptive identities, transfer access to evade enforcement or attempt to access another account.
• We may restrict or suspend an account to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law or enforce these Terms.

Marketplace role

ViConnects provides tools that help independent buyers, sellers and service providers discover and communicate with each other. Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, ViConnects is not the seller, owner, employer or service provider and does not guarantee an item, service, user, price, availability, quality or outcome. Users must verify relevant details before committing.

Your content and conduct

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant ViConnects a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, resize, display and distribute that content only as needed to operate, promote and improve ViConnects. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.

You must not post, sell, request or transmit:

• Illegal, stolen, counterfeit, dangerous or regulated goods where the transaction is not lawful.
• Fraud, deceptive claims, spam, malware, phishing, financial scams or requests for another person's secret PIN or password.
• Sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, hate, threats, harassment, graphic violence, doxxing or content that violates another person's privacy or rights.
• False medical claims, unlicensed diagnosis or treatment, or content presenting ViConnects or Vi AI as a health service.
• Content designed to bypass moderation, payment protection, account restrictions or applicable law.

Users can report content, users and AI outputs and can block another user. We may review, limit, remove, preserve or disclose reported material where reasonably necessary for safety, enforcement or law.

Orders, services and Mobile Money

• Prices, descriptions, delivery and service terms must be accurate. Buyers and sellers are responsible for confirming the final transaction terms.
• Mobile Money in ViConnects is limited to eligible physical goods and real-world services. It is not available in the Android app for digital packages, boosts, advertising, verification or other digital entitlements.
• Payment authorization and availability are controlled by the payment provider. Never enter or share your Mobile Money PIN inside ViConnects chat or with another user.
• Where buyer protection or escrow is offered, funds may be held until receipt is confirmed, a stated release period ends or a dispute is resolved. Follow the status and deadlines shown in the transaction.
• Fees, commissions or seller deductions shown before a transaction may apply. Statutory taxes remain the responsibility of the relevant user unless stated otherwise.

Vi AI

Vi AI can help with marketplace search, drafts, descriptions, replies, flyers and general productivity. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Review it before relying on, sending or publishing it. Do not use Vi AI for medical diagnosis, prescriptions or treatment instructions; it is not a health service. Do not submit secrets, payment PINs or information you do not have permission to use. You may report an AI output from the interface.

Intellectual property

ViConnects branding, software, interface, code and original platform content belong to IWACUSOFT GROUP or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, disrupt, resell or create an unauthorized derivative of the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Availability, enforcement and liability

We aim to keep ViConnects reliable, but features may change, pause or be unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViConnects is provided “as is” without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or a particular commercial outcome. IWACUSOFT GROUP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, user conduct, off-platform arrangements or facts a user fails to verify. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If you encounter immediate danger, fraud or unlawful activity, contact the appropriate emergency service or authority. Platform reporting does not replace emergency help.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using ViConnects or delete your account. Provisions that must reasonably survive—such as transaction records, intellectual property, enforcement, disputes and liability—remain effective. We may update these Terms for service or legal changes; material changes will be communicated appropriately.
